About Specpro People.
We are a recruitment agency in Brisbane, and we recruit Australia-wide. We fill sales, customer service and operations roles, and we specialise in field service technicians and the people who manage and support them.
What we do.
Most businesses that employ field service technicians also run an office. They need technicians and engineers on the road, and they need people to sell, look after customers and run operations.
The two kinds of role call for different questions, so we run them as two practices: Field Service, and Sales and Operations. Clients deal with one agency and one set of terms.
Who you deal with.
Specpro People is run by Aaron Thomas. Aaron has worked in recruitment for 20 years. In 2016 he founded Digital Native Agency, the Brisbane company behind Specpro People. When you call or email us, you deal with him.
