Field service recruitment.

This is our specialist practice. We recruit technicians and engineers who keep equipment running on customers' sites, and the coordinators and managers who organise their work. We recruit Australia-wide from our Brisbane office.

You get a short list of people we have spoken to, checked for licences, tickets and the equipment you run.

Lost a technician? Call us. We can talk about contract cover while we run a permanent search.

What we ask about before you meet anyone.

Field hires fail on details an office hire never has to think about. These are the questions we ask on every field service role.

Trade and licence
An electrical licence has a class and a state. A trade certificate has a stream. We ask which, so the shortlist is right first time.
Tickets
White Card, EWP, working at heights, confined space, test and tag, forklift. Sites turn people away for a lapsed ticket. We ask about dates, not just names.
Driving and vehicle
Most field roles involve a lot of driving. We ask about the licence, the driving record and how much time they are happy to spend on the road.
Travel and time away
"Some travel" means a different thing to every candidate. We pin it down: day trips, nights away, fly-in fly-out blocks, and how often.
On-call and callouts
If the roster has an on-call week, the candidate hears it from us first, with the allowance, before an interview is booked.
Customer manner
A field technician represents your business on the customer's site. We find out how they explain a fault and deal with an unhappy customer.
