For employers.
Tell us about the role. We find the people, check them against the brief, and stay with it until someone starts.
You get a short list of people we have spoken to, checked for licences, tickets and the equipment you run.
Lost a technician? Call us. We can talk about contract cover while we run a permanent search.
How we fill a role.
The steps are the same for every role. We keep you updated at each one.
- Step 1 of 6:
Brief
We call you and ask about the work, the team, the pay and what made the last hire work or not.
- Step 2 of 6:
Search
We go to the people who are not looking as well as those who are. For field roles we talk to them about their trade.
- Step 3 of 6:
Screen
We interview every candidate before you see them, and we ask about tickets, licences and right to work.
- Step 4 of 6:
Shortlist
We send a short list. Each candidate comes with our notes on why they fit and what to ask.
- Step 5 of 6:
Interviews
We book them, prepare both sides, and get feedback to everyone quickly.
- Step 6 of 6:
Offer and start
We handle the offer and references, and we stay in touch with both sides through the first weeks.
Three ways to hire.
Permanent
We find, screen and shortlist. You pay a fee when your chosen candidate accepts. Permanent placements carry a replacement guarantee, set out in our terms of business.
Fixed term
A permanent employee with an end date: parental leave cover, a project, a busy season. We run it the same way as a permanent role.
Contract and temp
We supply the person for the length of the job, including field technicians, and charge an agreed hourly or daily rate. Our rate includes payroll tax, workers compensation and super. You approve the timesheet each week.
How you can pay.
- Fee on placement
- Our standard terms: you pay when your chosen candidate accepts.
- Retained search
- For senior or hard-to-fill roles: an agreed retainer to start the search, and the balance on placement.
- Fixed fee
- A set price for the hire, agreed before we start, instead of a percentage.
- Contract and temp
- An agreed hourly or daily rate for the length of the job.
