On-call: How often you are on call, the allowance, and what a call-out pays.
Travel: How far you will drive, how many nights away, and who pays for accommodation and meals.
Vehicle and tools: Whether you get a vehicle and can use it privately, and which tools, phone and laptop come with the job.
Support: Who backs you up on a hard job, and what training you get on the equipment.
Tickets: Which tickets the sites need, and who pays to get or renew them.
